Speech: Communities for Climate Protection – New Zealand 2008 National Forum

Howard Fancy, Acting Chief Executive, addressed the 2008 Communities for Climate Protection (CCP-NZ) national forum on 2 April 2008. The CCP-NZ programme works with local government to measure their greenhouse gas emissions and to develop and implement action plans to reduce them.
