Draft Joint Implementation and the Clean Development Mechanism under the Kyoto Protocol: New Zealand Guidelines and Procedures for Investment
New Zealand’s Designated Focal Point (DFP) and Designated National Authority (DNA) (for Joint Implementation (JI) and the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) respectively) have prepared the draft ‘Joint Implementation and Clean Development Mechanism under the Kyoto Protocol – New Zealand’s Guidelines and Procedures for Investment’ (‘Guidelines’). We are seeking feedback on the Guidelines.
