NDFD XML: SOAP Service Oct 18 Upgrades Delayed until Monday Oct 22
Service enhancements scheduled for Oct 18th, have been delayed until Monday Oct 22. Technical problems prevented the deployment on Thursday the 18th. Unless there is an emergency policy is to not to deploy new operational code on Fridays.
